We start with a basic curriculum, but design the course around your employees, your system, and your processes. This involves a site survey of your company and personnel to determine what fits your needs best. The result is a customized course which will be informative, exciting, and useful. All classes are held at your facilities with your equipment so the trainees learn in a familiar environment and can practice immediately! We even allow you to videotape the course for later refresher sessions by the attendees. The goal is to provide the student with pertinent information at the proper skill level so that the information can be readily absorbed.
